If your child is on medication, make sure the nurse has an updated Administration of Medication form.  Medications cannot be given without this form.

Please notify me at 308-1047 before 10:00 a.m. if your child is sick.  If I don't answer please leave a message. I will inform your child's teacher and have their assignments sent to the office per your request.  You may pick them up in the office after 3:00 p.m.
