Don't Throw Away That Empty Cartridge!

Our school participates in a recycling and fundraising program with the help of Empties4Cash, an inkjet cartridge recycling company.  The following information will tell you how the program works.

•·         The empty inkjet cartridges that we usually throw away as trash can be recycled and remanufactured.

•·         Bring those empty inkjet cartridges to school and put them in our collection box in front of the cafeteria.

•·         Depending on the brand, our school will receive up to $3.00 for each inkjet cartridge.

•·         We can accept inkjet cartridges from the following brands:

                        HP                              Samsung

                        Lexmark                     Kodak

                        Xerox                          Canon

                        Compaq                     Apple

Notes:     

•·         No Epson or Canon BCI print cartridges can be accepted. Also, we cannot continue to accept laserjet print cartridges.

•·         You may want to put the cartridge in a Ziploc bag to avoid ink spills on your hands and clothing.
